Didier, who speaks English, will accompany you on visits and will answer all your questions, sorting out any problems before, during and after the sale. Our secretary Béatrice, who speaks English, will receive you at the office and will help you to select properties. Sonia will assist you during your purchase and can help with:

• Arrange your French mortgage or loan

• Go with you to a local bank or representing you if you can’t be present

• Translating of all bank documentation

• Open a French bank account on your behalf, with your written permission)

• Insurance quotes translated into English

• Béatrice will arrange the meter readings (water, electricity, gas, phone)

As far as the French contracts papers are concerned, a translation will systematically be done by Sonia so that you can better understand the compromis de vente, also for obligatory reports such as asbestos, lead and termites.

Our location 
We are in Confolens (Charente area) town centre, a mediaeval city on the confluence of the rivers Vienne and the Goire. The local architecture uses local granite and rounded tiles.
